NOTE: Size also effects choice of collection, as follows:
STACKS=28cm or less. (CPARC,CPART: STACKS < 27cm.); FOLIO=29-41cm.; OVRSZE=42+cm.
CPCHM, CPENG, CPSG do not use FOLIO, CPCHM does not use OVRSZE.
