TSD Web Committee
Charge:
The TSD Web Committee is charged to coordinate the redesign and development of the TSD Web site. The Committee will:
- review and coordinate the redesign of the TSD WEB site
- serve as a resource for TSD Web authors, particularly for training
- develop and promulgate best practices for TSD Web authors
- review proposed Web pages for the format, metadata, and links
- determine appropriate links within TSD Web pages in consultation with relevant production/team leaders
- communicate with appropriate Web authors outside of TSD to suggest that pages be linked elsewhere within the Libraries' Web site
- report to the TSD Planning and Coordinating Team at least annually and also as issues arise.
Leadership:
The members will select from among themselves the main contact person for the group. Meeting roles will be rotated.
Membership:
Membership will be comprised of:
- Representative from each TSD production group
- TSD Office Coordinator
- Optionally, 1-2 members at large
Selection process: Production Group Leaders will discuss membership within their group and recommend a representative. The PLCT will solicit volunteers for the members at large.

The group will meet once every 2 months and as needed.

The TSD WEB Committee was established in August 2002. Its charge was approved by the TSD Planning and Leadership Coordinating Team in its meeting on July 31, 2002.
