After a brief introduction to the Libraries' web site and the catalog, students physically explore McKeldin Library in small teams, visiting service sites, using library materials and using computers to answer questions on an exercise sheet. It is a 2-hour hands-on workshop.
EPSL EXPEDITION for ENES 100
This class is offered to freshmen enrolled in ENES 100-Introduction to Engineering Design, the core introductory course for all engineering majors. Modeled on Library Safari, students explore the Engineering and Physical Sciences Library. It is a 2-hour workshop.

This class is designed for juniors and seniors enrolled in the English Professional Writing Program (ENGL 391, 392, 393, 393X, 394, 395). Students are guided towards the use of more specialized sources than those covered in Library Day. This is either a 50 or 75 minute hands-on workshop.(This program was previously titled When is your paper due?)
LIBRARY DAY for ENGL 101
This class is designed for the Freshman Writing Program (ENGL 101-Introduction to Writing). It is an opportunity for students to gain the hands-on skills they need for researching their linked assignment topics.
