Recording Your Library Instruction Statistics
This form is used to gather statistics on every single library instruction class, orientation or workshop taught and every tour conducted by staff. User Education Services annually compiles & submits these statistics to the Libraries' administration to document our extensive teaching activities.

Library Instructors Hall of Fame
Records the names of library staff who contributed to the Libraries' mission of increasing the information literacy skills of the University community.
