Library Instruction for Summer Programs

Welcome summer instructors! Partner with a librarian to arrange a successful library experience for your students.

Even though UM Libraries do not provide walk-through tours of its buildings, we welcome your requests to schedule targeted instruction sessions, especially when you have assigned students to conduct research for an assignment.

Librarians are eager to collaborate with you to help students find reliable information, choose appropriate keywords and resources, and learn how to navigate the library's physical layout.

Using the form below, please submit your request as early as possible, or at least 1-week in advance. We are unable to arrange sessions on a moment's notice. Priority will be given to UM sponsored programs.

Check out this page that outlines general information for summer students.
