Awards

Award for Undergraduate Research

Up to three annual awards of $1,000 each are awarded  to undergraduates who impress us with their research. The awards promote the value and use of library services and information resources.   

Funded by the University Libraries.

 

Award for Gemstone Team

The University Libraries and the Honors College collaborate to emphasize both the importance of solid research methods and the use of high-quality information resources in student research projects.

Three annual awards are funded by the Friends of Libraries.

 

Marlene J. Mayo Undergraduate Research Award on Modern Japan

Professors of undergraduate history majors in 300- and 400-level courses may nominate students for this $500 award. Nominations are accepted during the fall and spring semesters.
