All library facilities should keep a Security Log Book and a Lost and Found Log to record all incidents. Incidents should be recorded as they happen within a reasonable time. The first priority is to deal with the situation. Completed log sheets should be forwarded to the Public Services Office. At McKeldin the Security log book is kept at the Welcome Desk and the Lost and Found log book is kept at the Information Desk. Check with our other libraries for exact location of log books.
