Willful Destruction Of Library Materials And Equipment

1. If a staff member sees a patron destroying material or equipment, make a note of the patron's description.
2. Call the UMPD at 911 (or #3333 if using a cell phone) and ask the dispatcher to send the police to the library. Meet the police at an agreed upon location.
3. Stop the patron and tell him/her that the police have been notified.
4. Record incident in the Log Book
