Abstract:

Founded in 1881 as the Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners and affiliated with the United Order of American Carpenters and Joiners in 1888. Records include administrative files, correspondence and writings of UBC leaders, convention proceedings, publications, locals' charters, photographs, films, and artifacts. The collection is unprocessed, but an inventory is available.
