Trial of DELRdi - Dance Education Literature Descriptive Index
October 9th, 2009 by Leahkim
The Performing Arts Library has also set up a trial of the Dance Education Literature and Research descriptive index (DELRdi). DELRdi was created by the National Dance Education Organization with a grant from the US Department of Education. It is an index of literature and research on teaching, learning, and the future of research in dance education. DELRdi covers material from 1926 to the present, and includes descriptions for theses, dissertations, journal articles, conference proceedings and reports from professional organizations and university dance programs. DELRdi also provides detailed descriptive information on the methodology, techniques, and characteristics of the research documented.
The trial runs through November 5th.
Access is to DELRdi is running though the libraries’ IP Addresses. (You will need to be on campus to use it.) Contact Leahkim for more information and she’ll hook you up.
