Borrowing Materials from EPSL
EPSL follows the
circulation policies of
the UM Libraries. Please note the following important procedures:
- Bound and unbound journals do not circulate. However,
faculty, staff and graduate students may borrow these items for up to four hours
(no overnight loans) after filling out a loan slip at EPSL Circulation Desk.
- Reference materials do not circulate. EPSL Reference
Librarians may issue special permission to allow these items to circulate to
graduate students or faculty for a short period of time, on a case-by-case
- UM student ID cards are not transferable. However, faculty
members may loan their ID cards to family members, graduate assistants, etc.,
with the understanding that the faculty member is personally accountable for all
materials borrowed on their card. If your ID is lost or stolen, the Libraries
must be notified immediately.
