SERVICES      
Inventory Wasserman Library services and decide which will be continued or discontinued.      
Determine who will be responsible for delivering the ongoing services.      
Determine the respective budgetary responsibilities and budgetary sources.       
COLLECTIONS      
Assess the collections. Collection Mgr Aug-Sept  
Confer with CLIS faculty and CLIS Library staff. LIS Coordinator  
Create lists of the various LIS Collections, looking at both the overlap and the unique copies.    
Make basic collections decisions—what stays in Hornbake, what is moved, what goes to off-site shelving, what is weeded. Collection Mgr & CLIS selector Sept  
Decide when new purchases (including serials) are sent directly into the McKeldin collection, instead of CLIS. Task Group Start of Classes

STACKS SHIFTS AND MOVE

Develop the plan for moving, including packing, transport, unpacking, system table work, coping with oversize, and what to do with materials that are charged to patrons, including timetable for this work Task Group Nov-Dec
