Minutes of the Good Will Committee

Members Present:
Alla Balannik, Judy Dillon, Jennifer Evans, Jim Miller, Joan Morris, Deep Sarin

I. Illness
Vin Novara's wife has been diagnosed with leukemia. He has asked the goodwill committee to write an email to the staff to let everybody know about the situation and to request that no plants, flowers, gifts, etc. but sent to the hospital. Judy will draft the email.

II. Craft and Bake Sale
Committee would strongly prefer to have the sale in the Special Events Room as planned.
Judy is going to check the supplies in the cabinet and let Jennifer know if anything is needed, including boxes for money.
Joan going to make boxes for the raffle tickets.
If possible, committee members should change some of their dollar bills from the raffle for quarters.
Money from the raffle sale and bake sale should be kept separate.
Jennifer will print up a price list for the bake sale tables.
Add samosa (pastry) to price list 1 piece for $1.
Jennifer will send a flyer to all staff.
Jennifer will publicize information about plants being available and plant donations being accepted.
Flyers will be posted in the break room.
Set schedule for sale: Joan and Judy most of the day; Alla prefers to help with setup and stay until 11:00; Deep from setup to 12; Jennifer from 12 until cleanup; Jim setup and cleanup
