I. Brief Report on Executive Meeting

II. Financial Report
Balance for last fiscal year--$539.09. Approximately $1300 in account currently.

III. Event Dates
Student Appreciation week--April 11-17
Awards Ceremony--early May
Welcome Luncheon--Sep. 23 or Sep. 30
Craft and Bake Sale--Dec. 2
Judy will check various calendars to make certain these dates do not conflict with anything else in the Libraries.

IV. Meeting Dates
Want to stick with a set time and date for the meetings. After some discussion, decided on every third Thursday from 9:30 to 11:00 with additional meetings scheduled around the special events once these dates have been finalized.

V. Membership
Discussion--committee is supposed to have 12 members. Need to keep membership up around this number, so a few people are not overwhelmed. Going to bring this up in presentation to LEC. If members that joined at the time of the committee's reorganization in September 2002 agree to stay on until May 2005 and new members are recruited in May 2004, then there will be some overlap between the two groups.

VI. Donations
Jennifer will send out email and notice to Library Matters.

VII. Student Appreciation Week
Going to handle similarly to last year except send Hershey's Hugs and Kisses instead of lollipops.
