Present: Alla Balannik, Marian Dorsey, Gerri Foudy, Johnnie Love, Jim Miller, Joan Morris, Deep Sarin, Joan Stahl

1. Welcome New Member
Johnnie noted that Evelyn Yocco has had to resign from the Committee because of work demands. We all welcomed Marian Dorsey who works in McKeldin Circulation.
2. Web Page Corrections.
Jim corrected several phone numbers and email addresses. Gerri will help with the missing border problem on the Calendar of Events and Meeting Schedule page.
3. Prepare Welcome Luncheon Flyers.
We addressed and sorted Welcome Luncheon flyers for mailing out to all staff. We appear to be missing a number of Library Faculty address labels. Johnnie will check back with Personnel and several of us will do another short shift once we get the missing labels.
4. Final Checklist for Welcome Luncheon.
We reviewed the lists of supplies needed and already in hand. Decorations are on the way, and everything looks OK. Jim still needs to check with Bill Hess regarding the circuits in the Special Events Room. Johnnie will send email to supervisors to get names of volunteers so they can be recognized at the Luncheon along with regular staff. She noted that Kyla Williams has been a volunteer in McKeldin Circulation for 7 years
