Member Responsibilities
The Team will have seven members. When there is a need for additional expertise, the Team will invite individuals to serve as adjunct members. Members serving as liaisons to subject teams and special collections may rotate off the Team after serving two years.
All members will:
- Provide leadership in promoting the views and policies of the Team to external audiences;
- Promote the mission of the Libraries to foster the information literacy of users;
- Proactively communicate the needs of the groups they represent to the Team;
- Participate in the Libraries' general library instruction program by teaching and/or assisting in classes;
- Participate in the management of Team meetings (facilitator, notetaker, timekeeper); and
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Leader.
