Appointment, Promotion, and Permanent Status Committee (APPSC)

The Appointment, Promotion, and Permanent Status Committee (APPSC) coordinates the procedures governed by the University of Maryland Policy on Appointment, Promotion, and Permanent Status of Library Faculty, and in coordination with the Faculty Annual Review Oversight Committee (FAROC) shall ensure appropriate mentoring for library faculty pursuing promotion and permanent status.
