Performance Review Task Force
- Task Force charge
- develop a performance review process for library faculty based on the criteria of librarianship, service, and research, creative and scholarly accomplishment;
- develop an assessment process to evaluate teams and individual contributions to teams; and
- formalize the periodic review process (every 3 to 5 years) for faculty in administrative, managerial or team leader positions and in addition, identify the positions for which this process applies.
