Graduate Assistant Performance Review & Development

The purpose of the Graduate Assistant Performance Review and Development process is to find ways to develop and support the GA as they are acquiring skills and knowledge in the UM Libraries. It will also be an opportune time to identify areas to strengthen and explore untapped skills and abilities. In order to do this effectively the Graduate Assistant must be willing to work with his/her supervisor and identify areas they feel need to be improved. See timeline for completion dates of the process.
