Personnel Programs

The Libraries Human Resources Office (HR) provides human resource management programs and services to Library faculty, staff, graduate assistants and student employees. By doing so, the HR office helps the Libraries maintain a diverse population of motivated and skilled staff. Personnel Programs' provides support to staff by facilitation of the Diversity Team and the Goodwill Committee.

Personnel Programs administers a comprehensive program of services for Library faculty, staff, graduate assistants and student employees including:

• orientation within the Libraries.
• support for diversity and equity issues.
• assistance to library staff for the performance review processes.
• coordination of telework, LDI and mentoring programs.
