Outcome: Pop-ups were added — Chinese Studies Librarian Search Committee.

Outcome: Decisions taken as follows:
- The following individuals will be asked to serve on the Chinese Studies Librarian Search Committee: Jason Kuo, Gerry Park, Akemi Noda, Damon Austin, and Pat Herron (chair).
Topic: Agenda for May 2, 2006
Outcome: The agenda was reviewed and no major changes were made in the order of work. Lauren Brown will not be asked to attend for the Wednesday evening session but will be at both full days, Thursday and Friday.
Topic: Merit Assessments for Library Faculty
Outcome: This topic was discussed by Dean and Directors only. All rating documentation from FMSRC and supervisors was incorporated into the discussions.
