Library Information Systems Team
LIST is the local USMAI involvement team instigated by the consortium's Council of Library Directors and outlined in the consortium restructuring report.Charge
Serve as a site advisory group to the Dean of Libraries, providing input and feedback on USMAI consortium issues as experienced within the University of Maryland Libraries.
In conjunction with the Campus Contact and the Dean, the Library Information Systems Team is responsible for
- coordinating consortium activities locally
- communicating local issues to the consortium and consortium issues to the University of Maryland Libraries community
- responding to requests from the consortium and communicating them locally and within the consortium
- testing and reporting results as requested in a timely fashion
- ensuring that the local site is informed of all consortium activities, decisions, plans, etc.; and
- serving on or suggesting individuals for consortium task groups.
