Libraries' Maryland Day Committee

The committee provides coordination for the planning, solicitation of volunteers, preparation of logistics, and implementation of the Libraries' sponsored events on Maryland Day which is held on the last Saturday of April. Membership in this committee is selected yearly. The chair and/or the assistant chair represent the Libraries in the campus planning committee for MD Day. Every year, a pool of staff volunteers work together to ensure the successful implementation of the various events all over the campus libraries.
