Guidelines for Submitting Items to the Events Calendar
- The activity is an event, conference, seminar, exhibit, tour, or open house, etc.
- The activity must either take place in the Libraries and be open to individuals beyond the Libraries’ staff, and/or be sponsored by the Libraries as a whole or by an official unit or group within the Libraries.
- The activity has definite opening and approximate closing dates and times--even if it is a one-day event such as a conference, or a four-month activity such as an exhibit.
- The activity has a contact person who can be reached for more information.
