Failure to notify us via e-mail or telephone of your need to cancel out
of a session prior to the session will result in us sending an e-mail message to
your immediate supervisor and/or director indicating you were a "no show" for
that particular session. We hope you will not have to cancel out of any of the
sessions for which you register, and appreciate your help in keeping us informed
if circumstances prevent your attendance.
