A Multitude of Pianists - Various Artists

BUY IT HERE

Among the pianists are Josef Hofmann, Ignace Jan Paderewski, Yolanda Mero, and Leopold Godowsky. All are drawn from the extensive Anderson Collection within the International Piano Archives at Maryland, and all have been painstakingly transferred from the original 78-rpm discs using modern digital technology.

A 20-page booklet provides detailed commentary on the pianists and their recordings. Virtually none of these recordings have ever been reissued since their first appearance between 1906 and 1949.

NOT AVAILABLE IN STORES OR FROM OTHER SOURCES.
