National Festival Orchestra: Hege Conducts Copland's Third

For the second concert in this uproarious and exceptional 25th year of the National Orchestral Festival presents Daniel Hege, the third Music Director and Conductor of the Wichita Symphony Orchestra. He has been widely recognized as one of America's finest young conductors. He is being lauded for his innovative interpretations of standard orchestrations and his fierce dedication to elucidate the masses about classic music.
Travelling across the country and making stops as music director and guest conductor in Houston, Syracuse, Chicago, Seattle, Indianapolis, Oregon, Colorado and Baltimore symphonies just to name a few.
Hege delights in this performance with his orchestral renderings of Beethoven's Leonore Overture No. 3, Debussy's La Mer and Copland's Symphony No. 3.
