Radio Macbeth - Friday, Feb. 4th, and Saturday, Feb. 5th, 2011
Friday, February 4, and Saturday, February 5, 2011 8:00 pm - Ina and Jack Kay TheatreLate at night in the guts of an abandoned theater, actors circle restlessly around the shared warmth of a rehearsal table, preparing for a radio broadcast of Macbeth. As the ghosts of previous productions hover, channeling the spirits of ambition, violence, fortune, fate, free will, hubris, vengeance, pride, indecision, paradox and madness, the actors cling to the sanity of words to keep the play from taking them over entirely in the SITI Company's production of Radio Macbeth.
