Academic Campus Cable

Nonprint is the head end for the Academic Campus Cable System, which distributes local Baltimore/Washington, DC area television signals to most classrooms and some offices on campus. These channels include CNN, Headline News, C-SPAN, and NASA Select.

If you wish to install Campus Cable in any Academic Office or Classroom, your department's DTR - (Departmental Telecommunications Representative) can request this for you from Networking and Telecommunications Services (NTS). The full list of DTR's is on the following web site: http://www.oit.umd.edu/units/nts/voicesys/faculty/dtr.html

Problems with reception of channels should be reported to the OIT Help Desk: x51500.
