Sample Survey Questions

These survey questions comprise a representative sample of different levels (individual, supervisor, team and organization). All of these questions are answered using a 5-point scale:

The race of a team/division member does NOT affect how much attention is paid to their opinions.

Climate for Continual Learning
Coworkers are able to provide reliable information about ways to improve job performance.

Climate for Customer Service
Library employees have the job knowledge and skills required to deliver superior quality work and service.

Task Engagement
The work I do is very important to me.

Psychological Empowerment in the Workplace (Team)
My impact on what happens in my team/division is large.
