The Office of the Associate Dean for Collection Strategies and Services, University Libraries, is the designated copyright clearing center for publications produced by campus departments, programs, or research centers under the auspices of the University of Maryland.  Daniel Mack, Associate Dean for Collection Strategies and Services, is the authorized signatory for agreements made on behalf of the University. This initiative is a collaboration between the Office of General Counsel and University Libraries. Electronic copy of the finalized agreement should be sent to  for digital signature.
