I am an Audiovisual Archivist and Acting Curator of Mass Media & Culture in Special Collections & University Archives. I primarily assist researchers in identifying and accessing primary source materials related to broadcast history, particularly in our audiovisual collections. I also teach an undergraduate course on world popular musics and identity in the School of Music. I received my undergraduate degree in Clarinet Performance from the University of Michigan. I completed my Master of Arts degree in Ethnomusicology at Tufts University, and my Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology at the University of Maryland.
