As the Head of Teaching and Learning Services, I coordinate library instruction for first-year students and serve the Associate Director of the Research and Teaching Fellowship, which trains MLIS students to be empowered and compassionate library instructors. I am also the subject liaison to the iSchool and am available to help students and faculty with research, collections requests, and information literacy instruction. I have a BA in Art History & an MLIS from the University of Tennessee, an MA in English Literature from West Chester University, and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Student Affairs here at UMD.
