UMD Repertoire Orchestra in performanceThe University of Maryland Repertoire Orchestra opens its 2013-2014 season with a performance of Haydn's second cello concerto, Op. 101, featuring the third-prize winner of the 2012 UMD Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition, Andrew Hesse.

The UMDRO is an all-campus and community orchestra that performs both traditional repertoire and crosses boundaries in its collaborations with rock bands, guest artists, choruses and soloists.
