MSPAL remembers David Bowie with select rare items from the Hugo Keesing Collection on Popular Music.

Music legend,producer, painter, and actor David Bowie passed away on January 10th, 2016, and the Michelle Smith Performing Arts Library pays tribute to his legacy with a display of several rare archival items that document Bowie's career. Drawn from the Keesing Collection on Popular Music and Culture held in Special Collections in Performing Arts (SCPA) at MSPAL, these items include biographical material, interpretation of Bowie's music and lyrics, and interviews with the musician preserved on a picture disc.To view these SCPA materials or other items related to David Bowie's life and career, visit the Michelle Smith Performing Arts Library or contact SCPA
