Spring Late Night Study in McKeldin Library begins Sunday, January 27

Late Night Study in McKeldin Library for the Spring Semester will begin on Sunday, January 27. Our goal is to provide a safe and quiet study space for all students. Late Night Study at McKeldin provides the following services:
- All seven floors of McKeldin are open for Late Night, 11pm to 8am. Floors 4 through 7 are designated “Quiet Floors” during this time.
- Late Night Services is open only to University of Maryland (College Park) and UM Baltimore students and faculty with valid ID. UMUC students may also apply for a Late Night Study card through their own library. All other users (including alumni and community borrowers) will be asked to leave the building and escorted out by staff and/or police aides at 11pm.
- A full range of services – circulation, course reserves, and equipment loan – is available at the Circulation Desk during Late Night.
- We will have additional Late Night hours during finals weeks. Watch the Libraries’ home page for hours changes.
