Walk-In Research Assistance

Need help with research assignments? We've got you covered. 

Join the Teaching & Learning Librarians for Get It Done and OMSE research walk-in hours! These research hours are designed to help students with course-specific assignments and research strategies, including topics such as finding and evaluating sources, citing sources, and brainstorming research questions. These sessions are especially useful for students in General Education courses, including ENGL101 and COMM107. Join us for a supportive environment where you can meet other students and receive one-on-one assistance from friendly librarians.

2018-2019 OMSE Walk-in Hours

Teaching and Learning Services partners with the Office of Multi-ethnic Student Education (OMSE) to provide two walk-in research hours per week, open to all UMD students. 

When: Tuesdays from 2 PM - 4 PM, September 4 - December 11

Where: OMSE, Hornbake South, 1st floor, room 1101
