STEM Computer Area
Find it on the Floor Map - look for the yellow dots!
Near the service desk at STEM you'll find PC and MAC computers, along with printer/copiers and scanners. You can print a paper quickly on the way to class or stay a while to work on an assignment. There are no time limits. Learn how to login, what software they have, and how many are currently available.
Activities: Individual Study
Capacity: 34 individuals
Features: Computers, Electrical Outlets, First Come First Served, Food / Drink Allowed
- Occasional quiet conversations are okay
- Brief, quiet cell phone conversations are okay
- Headphone volume should be at a personal listening level
- For virtual meetings: use headphones and speak quietly
STEM Group Study Areas
The STEM library offers group study tables of various sizes that can seat 4-8 people each, all of which are available on a first come, first served basis.

Capacity: 75 people (ground floor); 142 people (3rd floor)
Features: Electrical Outlets, First Come First Served, Food / Drink Allowed
- Group work is encouraged
- Frequent and energetic conversation is expected
- Cell phone calls and virtual meetings at a normal volume okay
STEM Individual Study Areas
The STEM library offers a variety of seating for individual quiet study, including wooden carrels, tables that can seat small groups and soft seating.

STEM Multi-purpose Room
When there are no scheduled events, students are welcome to study in this room (# 1403A) on a first come, first served basis. Flexible work tables can be arranged as needed for collaborative group work.

Features: Electrical Outlets, First Come First Served, Food / Drink Allowed, Monitor with HDMI Connection
