Aaron Wilson

As the Serials/Government Information Cataloging Librarian, I am responsible for original and complex copy cataloging of continuing resources in all subjects and formats. I create and update records following Program for Cooperative Cataloging standards, producing BIBCO, CONSER, and NACO records as appropriate. I coordinate activities related to processing resources acquired through the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP), handling cataloging, receipts, transfers, withdrawals, and cataloging Maryland State Documents. My educational background includes an MLIS from the University of Maryland. I have served on committees for ALA's GODORT and ACRL, and my research interests include genealogy, African-American history, and practical education development.
