Visit the Libraries

Your Itinerary 

  1. Pick up a passport from a services desk at any of our libraries or print your own from wherever you are.
  2. Visit each library and collect a stamp at each desk.
  3. Before you head off for Fall Break, show your completed passport to the travel agents at the McKeldin Library Service Desk to pick up your pin.

1. Michelle Smith Performing Arts Library

The Michelle Smith Performing Arts Library (MSPAL) connects people to collections that inspire and enable research and creativity in the fields of music, theatre, and dance.

2. STEM Library

This library welcomes all students and provides resources and research support for engineering, computer, mathematical, and natural science disciplines.

3. Hornbake Library

Home to our Special Collections and University Archives, which provide access to material on the history of the university, the state of Maryland, literature and rare books, labor and unions, mass media, and post-war Japan.

4. McKeldin Library

This library offers a wide variety of services, spaces, and collections to support research, teaching, and learning across disciplines.

5. Art Library

The Art Library focuses on providing access to a wide variety of art-related resources in art history, archaeology, decorative arts, and studio arts, including photography and graphic design.

6. Architecture Library

The Architecture Library is open to all but its collections focus on architecture, historic preservation, real estate development, and urban and community planning.
