Administrative Services
Administrative Services (AS) provides assistance in all fiscal matters pertaining to the Libraries operations.
AS consists of the following departments: Libraries Human Resources and Libraries Business Services.
Libraries Human Resources
Libraries Human Resources (LHR) oversees employment-related services and support for Libraries faculty, staff, temporary workers and student employees, and is responsible for human resources processes and administration.
Libraries Business Services
Libraries Business Services (LBS) oversees the business-related activities for the Libraries. Activities include coordinating the budget process, managing the procurement and travel related activities, payroll services, grants and contract management and gift reporting.
