Policies for Using Special Collections and University Archives

All researchers using materials from Special Collections and University Archives must register for a Special Collections Account. This account allows researchers to place requests for materials and manage your research online.

Once registered, you will be able to:

  • Request materials online
  • Schedule requests in advance; material will be placed on hold until you arrive
  • Submit duplication orders
  • Receive digital scanning orders 
  • View and track the status of requests and orders
  • Review request history
  • Export citations
