Instruction Labs

McKeldin Library Classrooms

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, McKeldin library classrooms are currently unavailable for reservation by outside users.

The library has three instruction labs that are typically available for reservation by University of Maryland faculty and staff with approval from the Libraries Teaching and Learning Services. Locations of labs in the library can be found using the McKeldin Library Floor Plan. Due to COVID-19, these labs are currently unavailable for reservation.

  • Mck6101*: 34 student computers, 1 staff computer, overhead projector, large whiteboard
  • McK6103*: 24 seats with flexible furniture arrangement, 2 TV carts for projection (bring your own adaptor cable for a personal computer), 1 large whiteboard, and 1 large whiteboard wall.
  • McK6107*: 50 seats with flexible furniture arrangement, 4 TV carts for projection (bring your own adaptor cable for a personal computer), 1 large whiteboard,  and 1 large whiteboard wall. 

*These rooms are BYOD (bring your own device). Laptops for students and the instructor(s), and adaptor cables must be supplied by the requester.
