Instruction Labs

McKeldin Library Classrooms

The McKeldin library has five instruction labs, which can be found using the McKeldin Library Floor Plan

  • McK4109: 70 seats, 10 tables with rollers, 1 projector, 1 podium with desktop, sound system with mics and capacity for film viewing. 
  • McK5109: Graduate Student Instruction Room. 
  • Mck6101: 40 seats with flexible furniture, 3 wall-mounted TVs for projection, 1 large whiteboard 
  • McK6103: 24 seats with flexible furniture arrangement, 2 wall mounted TVs for projection, 1 large whiteboard, and 1 large whiteboard wall.
  • McK6107: 50 seats with flexible furniture arrangement, 4 wall mounted TVs for projection, 1 large whiteboard,  and 1 large whiteboard wall. 

The instruction rooms are used for information literacy sessions. To work with a librarian to set up an instruction session for your course, please visit the Subject Specialist Directory and contact the librarian assigned to your school or college. When not in use for instruction, McK6101, McK6103, and McK6107 are available for quiet study.
